Charity Christmas Event

Charity Yoga Class
11:00-12:00
Please join our Charity Christmas Event on December 12th at The Little Mole International Preschool of Prague located at Riegrovy Sady 38. We will enjoy a beautiful heart-centered yoga class with Karina Bolan (UK) from 11:00-12:00. A mix of breathing, meditation and movement, we will practice gratitude and love and remind ourselves of what is really important during the holiday season. This class is suitable for all levels and everyone is welcome.

The suggested donation for this class is 200kc but please give whatever you can as every penny will go to FriendShip Prague.
To attend this class, you must be fully vaccinated, have a valid proof of vaccination or having had Covid in the last 180 days.

Children’s Workshop
11:00-12:00
At the same time as the yoga lesson, from 11:00-12:00, there will be a magical workshop for kids led by childcare specialist, Ellen Beukelman, so parents can feel free to participate in the yoga session or visit the market while their children have some creative fun!
Kids age: 3-10

All donations will go directly to Friendship Prague so we will be able to provide winter necessities like scarves, hats, blankets, food, and toiletries to our friends at Sophie’s and Amadeus.
